To secure your date with us, we require a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance covered in instalments between the booking date and event date.

For our Wedding Coordination service, the payment schedule is simply a 50% deposit and 50% balance basis.

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability insurance.

We are always completely transparent about any fees associated with your booking. You will receive a bespoke quote following our initial consultation and will be kept updated at every stage regarding your budget.

We don’t accept commission or referral fees from our suppliers, so you can have complete peace of mind that our recommendations will always be made with your best interests at heart.

Depending on where the gathering or weddings will be held or set up & pack-down times, travel & accommodation costs may be necessary.

We will always make you aware of any such fees after our initial consultation in your proposal/quote.

We live the good life in a very quintessential village in glorious Norfolk.

However, we regularly travel to London and further afield throughout the UK for meetings, gatherings and weddings.

Absolutely! This sometimes can work better for weddings or gatherings with larger budgets.

For retreats and workshops we offer a fixed fee.

Our services can be completely tailored to make your dream wedding, retreat or gathering a reality.

Yes! We love working on styled shoots.

If you have a venue or are a supplier or creative looking to do a styled shoot, we’d love to hear from you.
