Celebrating your love with a wedding weekend means you are able to really treat your guests who may have travelled from afar.
We work with our couples to create a special few days of activities, ceremonies, meals and downtime to allow you and your guests to embrace the destination and get to know a place that is so special to you.
Just like our other wedding services we begin our Wedding Weekend Planning with a simple, friendly but thorough consultation. We’ll determine where you are on your planning journey and how and when you will need our support.
We’ll spend time unpacking your plans and your vision for the wedding weekend of your dreams. We’ll ask all the right questions to tease out what it is that excites, inspires and delights you and together, we’ll put together a plan for your weekend.
Planning a wedding weekend with Beyond The Meadow, means you can dream big. You’re able to focus on creating fun, memorable and joyful experiences, activities and meals for you and your guests without the headache of having to pull it all together.
We look after the coordination and logistics, budget allocation, all the fine details, as well as managing the build, style, set-up and pack down of any necessary elements of your wedding and the weekend that follows.
Our weekend wedding planning service is comprehensive, extensive and will be tailored to suit your every need, however, some typical inclusions would include:
- Design consultation to discuss your vision and wish list
- Ongoing communication with your planner
- Style, design and execution of your rehearsal, ceremony & reception
- Budget apportion & allocation
- Venue scouting & sourcing
- Decor & infrastructure sourcing (Marques, Teepees, Lighting etc.)
- Menu Planning & Catering Coordination
- Supplier planning, management & coordination, including on-the-day support
- Design, set-up & packdown of ceremony and reception spaces
We like to keep things simple with a 10% commission fee* from your overall budget. This excludes any applicable travel & accommodation fees.
